Warm Tartlet of Roast Tomato, Basil and Mature Cheddar, Served on a crisp salad with a homemade onion chutney

Deep Fried Filo King Prawns, Served on a bed of mixed leaves with a very mild chilli dressing

Main Course

Roast Rump of Welsh Lamb, Served with Dauphinoise Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables with a red wine and redcurrant sauce
