NORE RACE 2026 sponsored by "DRS Rigging" manufacturing and supplier of all forms of marine and architectural rigging. Benfleet Yacht Club "Nore Race". An open racing event held annually in the Thames Estuary. Entry open to all classes of sailing dinghies and cruisers: both monohull and multihull. Round Canvey Race - Row or Row/Sail Saturday 4th July
Annual Round Canvey Race - both Rowing and Row/Sail. Start at 13:30. Entry fee £8 per crew member. Mostly with the tide. 4 tidal barrages and bridges to go under (masts to come down) Bar open all day, BBQ food available to purchase. Large slipway. Ample on-site parking for cars and trailers. Showers and toilets in the club-house. Free camping. Support boats provided. ALL BOATS MUST BE SUITABLE

Cadet Sail Training Week 2026
Wednesday 29th July to Sunday 2nd August inclusive. "Expression of Interest" (Booking Registration) opens on Sunday 1st March, and will close on Tuesday 21st April.
