EDITOR WANTED

Benfleet Yacht Club are seeking a replacement editor for the clubs Newsletter "Making Waves".

After editing and compiling the BYC Newsletter for the past 23 years, Phil Bostock has advised that he will be standing down from this role. Therefore, we are now seeking his replacement.
Firstly, I would personally like to thank Phil for the exemplary work that he has performed on "Making Waves" over the past 23 years. All copies of his past work can be viewed on the BYC website - a wonderful archive.

The Newsletter is published annually in January (issued at the same time as the clubs Tide Table booklet). The role basically entails obtaining articles from members, writing some filler news and event items, carrying out the editorial work, and compiling the document for printing.
