BYC Annual Dinner - Saturday 30th October

This years' winters entertainment programme will commence with the Annual Dinner on Saturday 30th October.
The book (located behind the bar) will be opened on Thursday (30th September).
Cost £32.00 a head - payment must be made at time of booking.
Initially we can only accept bookings for 'BYC members'. (Guests may be accepted, but only once total numbers are known).
Dress code - Black Tie and Evening Dress.
Music provided by "Sharaz" (a new band at BYC).
Creamy goats cheese and red onion chutney tart , served on a bed of mixed leaves
Fans of Honeydew Melon served with a Wild Fruit and Mango Coulis dressed with a compote of forest fruits
Braised blade of English Beef served with roasted sliced vegetables and port wine sauce
Vegetarian - Garlic braised mushrooms layered with braised spinach in a crispy potato case served with a basil dressing
Summer Eton Mess a tall glass filled with layers of meringue, rich summer fruits, vanilla ice cream, vanilla cream and raspberry coulis
